Linda Phillips, 79, of Barstow, California, passed Friday, July 31, 2020. Linda was born October 29, 1940 in Beaumont, Texas. She married Billy Phillips in 2005, and they lived together in Barstow. She was an amazing grandmother and faithful servant of God. Linda is survived by 5 children, 21 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and loved forever. She is in peace with Jesus now and will be watching over all of us daily.
