James Leeds Ashmore of Victorville, CA, died Sunday, Dec 1 after a long illness.
James was born July 3, 1951, in Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of Mitchell Prep, moved to Hawaii, and lived most of his life in California.
He was an independent thinker and free spirit who loved landscape design, animals, writing and helping people see life through a new lens.There are many who will miss him dearly. Memorial contributions in his name can be made to the National Psoriasis Foundation.
James is survived by his two daughters, Danoucha Reynon and Emmaly Read, a brother Ed Ashmore, and two sisters, Barbara Allen and Lee Glover, eight nieces and nephews, many cousins and family members, and his best friend Mike Rupert.
Services will be private.
