Aaron Lee Riven Jones was born on September 29, 1992, to his beautiful parents, Staci Riven and Alfie Jones.

From the very beginning, Aaron possessed a vibrant spirit, a captivating smile, and a personality that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His life was a beautiful reflection of love, resilience, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those he held dear.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in love and faith, Aaron grew into a young man whose presence could instantly brighten a room. He attended Crescent Heights Elementary School, La Tijera Middle School, Venice High School, Santa Monica College, and later Bacone College. Throughout his educational journey, he built lifelong friendships and developed the character and work ethic that would guide him with confidence in his life.

Aaron was a man of many talents and accomplishments. Whether working as a Chef, Sous Chef, Groundsman, or Carpenter, he approached every opportunity with passion, pride, and excellence. He believed in hard work and was never afraid to use his gifts and skills to build a better life for himself and those he loved. His dedication and commitment earned the respect of colleagues, friends, and family.

While Aaron achieved much throughout his life, nothing brought him greater joy than being a father. His son, Kaanan Jones, was the center of his world and one of his greatest blessings. Aaron cherished every moment spent with Kaanan, creating memories that will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who witnessed their special bond. His love for his son was pure, unconditional, and evident in everything he did.

Aaron was also a man of faith who found spiritual guidance through TRUELA and Greater Morning Star Baptist Church. His faith served as a foundation that carried him through life's triumphs and challenges, providing strength, hope, and purpose along the way.

To know Aaron was to love him. Family and friends affectionately described him as fly, loving, hardworking, joyful, and possessing a heart larger than life itself. He loved football, cooking, dressing sharp, taking pictures, and spending quality time with family and friends. Whether he was preparing a meal, sharing a joke, capturing a special moment, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, Aaron embraced life wholeheartedly. He often reminded everyone that he was "A1" a phrase that perfectly reflected his confidence, self-assurance, and unique spirit. ("I'm A1).

He also had a playful habit of calling people "weirdo" or "weirdos," always leaving laughter and smiles to those around him. These simple sayings became part of the memories that family and friends will forever cherish.

Though Aaron's earthly journey was far too brief, his impact was immeasurable. His greatest accomplishment was not found in any title, degree, or profession. It was found in the lives he touched, the love he gave so freely, and the countless memories he created. He had a remarkable way of making people feel important, valued, and loved. His legacy is one of loyalty, generosity, laughter, and unwavering love for family and friends.

Aaron entered eternal rest on May 31, 2026.
